In Ivory Coast, a new direction was taken at the end of the 80's with a partnership with two firms, CIDEC and C2A who brought their accounting and auditing expertise to the group.

In 1995, the year of the merger between Robert Mazars and Guérard Viala, the firm became one of the five principal players in the auditing market in Ivory Coast.
